Read the warning →You are looking because something hurts, or because your prescription stopped and you are afraid of withdrawal. That is a real problem and it deserves a real answer. This page is not a lecture. It shows what happens if you continue down this road, and what the alternative is.
A legitimate supplier in the Netherlands does not provide oxycodone without a prescription. Oxycodone is a prescription medicine regulated under Dutch law. Telegram, a chat group or a professional-looking webshop does not change that.
There is no reliable percentage showing how much illegal supply is fraud, genuine diverted medicine or counterfeit product. All three occur. Outside a verifiable pharmacy route, you therefore cannot reliably establish what you are getting or where it came from.
If you want to order medicines online legally in the Netherlands, check the EU logo and the official supplier register. Oxycodone still requires a valid prescription.
Telegram, WhatsApp and webshops can look professional, with reviews, stock lists and “verified” labels. None of those signals replaces pharmacy-level verification. The reconstructed chat below shows one possible scam pattern; it is not a statistic about every seller.

Payment must always be upfront, always irreversible: Paysafecard, crypto, gift cards. Then comes a block, silence, or a new excuse with a new payment. If you push back, they apply pressure exactly where it hurts: your panic.
One honest observation from experience: even with a sharp mind you fall for this when your body is screaming for oxycodone. Not because you are stupid, but because dependence makes you take risks your sober self never would.

Payment via a method that cannot be reversed. Pressure to decide quickly. And after payment, silence, followed by a block. The account disappears, the group stays.
The scam is not the exception. It is the business model. Someone who never delivers has no supply costs, no risk of a courier being caught, and can serve dozens of buyers a day.
Suppose the parcel does arrive. Then the second problem starts, and that one is more dangerous than losing your money.

In March 2025 someone in the Netherlands died from counterfeit oxycodone bought online. The Netherlands Forensic Institute found no oxycodone in the pills, but a nitazene. Since late 2024 the NFI has investigated six deaths and four severe poisonings linked to these substances, in almost all cases via counterfeit oxycodone.
Not necessarily because you want to, but because stopping now feels frightening or impossible.
When have I had enough? When does the trouble start? How do I get through the night?
Telegram, vague numbers, expensive deals. That road gets dark quickly.
That is exactly where it becomes dangerous. Shame isolates. Help usually starts with one honest conversation.
For many people this page comes too late. So this first, and the advice for people who are not there yet comes after.
However convincing the excuse: a second payment gets you no further than the first. Customs, a mistake, a deposit, a courier who is stuck: they are all variations on the same theme.
Block the contact, keep the messages and screenshots, and report it to the police or the Dutch fraud helpdesk. The first amount is usually gone. The second you can still prevent.

Afraid of withdrawal? That is a real and treatable complaint. Call your GP or the out-of-hours GP service and say literally that you are afraid of withdrawal. That is a medical question, not a confession.
What nitazenes are →Call 112 if there is drowsiness from which someone is hard to wake, slow or irregular breathing, blue lips or heavy snoring. Do not wait to see if it passes. Be honest about what was taken, even if it was obtained illegally: you will not be arrested for saving a life.
It is slower and it feels less certain. But it is the only route where you know what you are taking, and where someone helps if it gets difficult.
"I am using more than agreed and I am afraid of withdrawal." That sentence is enough. A GP has a duty of confidentiality and cannot report you. What they can do is create a tapering plan, which is exactly what you cannot do on your own.
Many people only mention the pain because that feels legitimate. But if the problem is withdrawal, a pain treatment will not solve it. Being honest about the amount changes what you get offered.
You can often make the first contact yourself. Organisations such as Jellinek, Novadic-Kentron, Tactus and Brijder treat dependence on prescribed medication. Starting insured treatment generally requires a referral; check the provider and your insurer.
You can ask anything anonymously about use, risks and tapering off, without leaving your details and without anything being recorded.
Oxycodone is a regulated prescription medicine in the Netherlands. Dutch government guidance states that a legitimate online supplier will not provide a prescription medicine without a prescription. This page does not give individual legal advice; the immediate safety issue is that a Telegram profile cannot verify origin, dose or composition.
Do not stay alone and let someone know what you took. Watch for drowsiness from which you are hard to wake, slow or irregular breathing, blue lips or heavy snoring: those are signs of an overdose and then you call 112 immediately. Do not take a second one because you feel nothing; if the first turns out to be too strong, that effect will still come.
Then you need a doctor, not a dealer. If your pain is undertreated, that is a medical problem with a medical solution: a second opinion, a referral to a pain clinic, or another form of pain management. A pill from an unknown source does not solve undertreated pain; it adds a second problem on top.
Not at home, not reliably. Counterfeit pills are pressed with the same colour, shape and score line as real medication, and the packaging can be convincingly copied too. Only laboratory analysis gives certainty, and by the time you have that, you have already taken it.
The illegal market can contain both genuine medicines diverted from the regular supply chain and counterfeit pills containing other substances, including nitazenes. You cannot reliably tell which situation applies from a profile, packaging or appearance alone.
